Returning your seeds

We offer a 14-day return policy for any unwanted items, starting from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a full refund, the items must be unopened. If the seal on the breeder’s packaging has been broken, we will not be able to process a refund.

When returning seeds, please include your full name, order number, and shipping address to ensure a swift refund. Returns without this information may experience significant delays.

If your return is seized or destroyed by Customs or a delivery service, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for the products.

Before sending your return, please contact us through our contact form to confirm it meets our return policy. The seeds must be unopened, sealed, and in their original breeder’s packaging. You are responsible for the return until it reaches us.

We will do our best to process and dispatch any replacement products as quickly as possible.


Obtaining a Refund for Your Seeds

Please verify both your billing and shipping addresses carefully before placing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders if there is an address error.

We do not accept any liability for items confiscated by Customs during shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local and national laws regarding the legality of cannabis seeds in your area.

Refunds will cover the cost of the products only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged.
