Delivery Times
Delivery times can vary significantly depending on your location, your national postal service, and the relationship between our postal service and yours.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT are dispatched the same day, unless there are stock issues (which rarely occur).
- European Orders: Typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days.
- Worldwide Orders: Typically arrive within 3 to 4 working days.
- UK Orders: Typically arrive the next working day.
Please refrain from contacting us regarding the status of your parcel before the estimated delivery time has passed, as it is still on its way. If the estimated time has passed, we will assist you as best as we can. You can usually track your parcel on the Royal Mail website or your local postal service’s site using the tracking number provided in your account.
Postage and Shipping
We use Royal Mail for all cannabis seed deliveries.
Our seeds are carefully packed into durable tubes that can withstand up to 20,000g of pressure to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. These tubes are then placed inside bubble wrap envelopes for additional protection.
For privacy and discretion, we ship all orders in plain packaging with no mention of our website or any indication of the contents.
